1. Service owner

DeyNews is operated by Skeilapps SL. Contact us at info@skeilapps.com. By creating an account or using DeyNews, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What DeyNews provides

DeyNews lets users describe a business and its interests to receive selected external news and market signals, with summaries and possible business applications. Availability, frequency and volume may vary for technical, editorial or source-related reasons.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and protect your credentials.
• Accounts are personal and must not be used for abuse, unlawful automation or attacks.
• Tell us about unauthorised access or security concerns.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, attacks, mass extraction or serious breaches.

4. Trial and lifetime access

New accounts may receive a seven-day free trial. The current launch offer is €29 as a one-off payment for lifetime access to the purchased service. “Lifetime” means the commercial life of the DeyNews product and does not promise that every feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Mobile purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and may be restored with the same store and DeyNews accounts. Tax, withdrawal and refund rights follow applicable law and the store that processed payment.

5. Third-party content

Linked headlines, images and articles belong to their publishers or authors. DeyNews helps locate, organise and contextualise information but does not replace the original publication.

6. Informational nature

Summaries, classifications and suggested actions may contain errors or omissions and are not legal, tax, medical, financial or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for verifying material information and making decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The DeyNews brand, design, software and original content are protected. Registration grants a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable licence. Copying, reselling, decompiling or exploiting the platform outside authorised use is prohibited.

8. Availability and liability

Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, providers, external sources or events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Skeilapps SL is not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on third-party information or unavailable sources.

9. Ending an account and governing law

You may delete your account from Profile. We may end access for serious breaches. These terms are governed by Spanish law without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country.

10. Changes and contact
